How can I return/exchange an item?

We stand behind our products until the end. That's why we offer our customers a 100% return/exchange guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can send it back for a return/exchange within 30 days.

Exchanges are valid between products in the same style/collection.

If you wish to return/exchange an item, you can create a request by using the "My Orders" screen or the "Order Tracking" page after logging in as a member. (Just include your order number in the package and indicate the shipping company's name along with the Aras Cargo partner code provided by us.)

When will the refund for the returned product be processed?

The refund will be processed through the payment method you used during your order. The timing of the refund may vary depending on the terms of the payment method, and it will usually be completed within 3-10 business days.*

*If you paid via bank transfer, please include your bank details (account holder's name/IBAN number) in the note for the refund.

What happens if I return/exchange an item from a discounted order?

If you return or exchange an item from an order that benefited from a promotion, the return or exchange will be processed as long as the conditions of the promotion are still met. However, if the products no longer meet the conditions of the promotion after the return or exchange, the promotion will be canceled, and the refund related to the product return will be processed considering the cancellation of the promotion.
